When I reboot, the settings restore to Windows default. How do I save the changes so they always stay, theres no load in startup option. I'm on v3.3.3

This sounds like your Windows Registry, has some permission issues where IcarosConfig is not allowed to write to the registry.
You could try the solution posted in this thread: https://github.com/Xanashi/Icaros/discussions/68
However you may have to reinstall Windows, in the worst case scenario.
