Full Version: No thumbnail for flv

No thumbnail appears for flv files.
flv is included in the list of filetypes; I tried to deactivate reactivate Icaros; also to deactivate reactivate thumbnailing inside Icaros.
Then what? Thanks.
Choose to clear the Windows Thumbnail Cache from within the Tools section of the Icaros GUI.
Then reboot your system.

I tried to open 'Tools' but it is greyed out, wouldn't open.

I've cleared Windows Thumbnail Cache via Disk Cleanup, didn't help.
check that these keys do exist in the registry.

Can't run your file, nor open [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.flv\ShellEx\ (attachments)
On the Help TAB, choose to [Remove ALL] and start with a newly acquired set of files from me (overwrite your existing files).
By using [Remove ALL], it will correct your issue.
The newly released file set (version 20.0.6) has several improvements that require a fresh start to get implemented.

Just no success :-(

Also, Tools and About are still greyed out.
Did [Remove ALL] complete successfully?
There should be a text information box presented when successfully complete.
Try using [Remove ALL] until it gives you this message box.

This time I ran Allow as administrator. Working fine now. Thank you.
