Using Shark007Codecs application for commercial use

#1
Hello,
As stated on the bottom of the webpage [ https://shark007.net/x64components1.html ] "This software uses code of FFmpeg licensed under the LGPLv2.1" hence Shark007Codecs application is free for "commercial use", am I right?

By "commercial use" I mean to use Shark007Codecs application to put a check on "WMP suggested settings" and hence play subtitles in Windows Media Player. The videos I am playing are work-related. I plan to share my videos (which are for training purpose) to other users and hence I would be recommending other users also to download and use Shark007Codecs application to run my videos with subtitles in Windows Media Player successfully.

Please note, I am not trying to sell the app or distribute for profit or bundle it with other programs.

I would definitely consider donating.

Thank you.

With this statement . . . you are granted usage.
