Is Icaros able to cache miscellaneous shortcuts?

#1
Hello - I've been unable to find a definitive answer.  I have a folder on my desktop (Windows 10) that has about 150 shortcuts,
pointing mostly to other folders and portable versions of apps.

Everytime the system is booted it takes 10-15 seconds to populate that folder of shortcuts when it is first opened.

Does or can Icaros cache these shortcuts?  Does setting their view to list or small, medium or large icons make any difference?

Thanks for any info

Well, is it thumbnails or icons that you see in this folder.
Icaros only handles the first.

If it's thumbnails, I believe Icaros should be able to cache them, however I'm not entirely sure how
Windows generate and stores thumbnails/icons from shortcuts.
Whether it utilizes cached thumbnails/icons or always generate all new thumbnails/icons each time.
